The lawyers of Speaker participated in the joint roundtable, organized by the Committees on agrarian banking, financial and insurance law of the Association of lawyers of Ukraine (the conference was sponsored by the International Finance Corporation World Bank Group, the United States Agency for International Development, and other organizations).
The debate about overcoming the difficulties of the sphere of financing of the Ukrainian agricultural sector culminated in a number of constructive initiatives. According to the participants, the agricultural sector can be revived by the available credit resources provided on reasonable terms. In addition, they discussed the aspects of the introduction of agricultural receipts as tools for raising funds.
